People usually seek me out for my direct approach and fresh perspective. Major areas of focus include work/life balance, career coaching, parenting coaching, and achieving personal goals with greater cause.

My coaching style is conversational, and solution-orientated. The majority of our coaching sessions are done over the phone or via Skype, allowing you to attend your session from just about anywhere.

Is coaching the same thing as counseling? 

People often wonder what the difference is between coaching and counseling. There are many differences, as well as many similarities. Coaching and counseling are similar in that both provide you with a helpful relationship with a person to support your wellness and growth. Coaches and counselors can have significant differences in their training, approach, and intention. Please take time to meet with the individual you're choosing for help and make sure you trust them and their knowledge, whatever therapy it is! 

I am not required to have any training or education in coaching.  However, I personally take this seriously and have spend countless hours to become a Certified Life Coach. I also continue to go through intense training and continued education courses to help you the best I can. 

My goal is to help you live the life you want!

(So, what does that really mean?)

  • It means getting clear – once and for all – about what you desire. And then going after it.
  • It means creating healthy boundaries.
  • It means choosing, very carefully, who is allowed into your life.
  • It means realizing that you were meant for happiness + peace + great things.

Do you coach out of state clients? 

Yes, many of ​my current clients are not from Arizona. You (or I) could be anywhere, as we do our coaching over the telephone. 

Will coaching fix me?

To be clear, I can’t “fix” you, your life or your problems. Only YOU can.

I will, however, help you gain more clarity, more understanding, and form a plan of action, but coaching isn't a magic cure-alls. I’ll help you think BIG – then break your dreams down into beautiful, doable steps.
